What’s changed?
Improved named-pipe compatibility with impersonated worker system services when running on the Windows operating system (Linux never had that problem in the first place); Also added an “escape hatch” via system-wide environment variable (documented in the manual) in case everything else fails, to switch from named-pipes back to the old TCP-loopback method.
