Install Syncplify Server! on Windows via ‘winget’ (package manager)

Experimentally we have made the current version (5.1.24 at the time this article is being written) available via the brand new winget (Windows Package Manager by Microsoft). Of course, Syncplify Server! V6 will fully support this as one of the official deployment methods.
